"dying" is not an issue with health care. Anyone will be treated in an emergency room - w or w/out insurance. They might have a $ consequence when the bill comes, depending on their resources. When hospitals do deny care then -- your speaking about people and hospitals that break the law then. Statistical abnormalities should be given their proper weight - very little.
