So, are you saying you are or are not pulling the plug?

Obama on Labor Day said :

"I've got a question for all these folks who say, you know, we're going to pull the plug on Grandma and this is all about illegal immigrants — you've heard all the lies," Obama said. "I've got a question for all those folks: What are you going to do? What's your answer? What's your solution?

"And you know what? They don't have one."

So, not only has he not read the Democratic health care proposals it seems he hasn't read any of the Republican ones nor the amendments they have offered. And people fall for this stuff?

From Republicans Have Offered Three Alternative Health Care Reform Bills :

The three Republican bills total almost 400 pages and have been on the table since May and June.

In May, Republicans in the House and the Senate formed a bicameral coalition to produce the130-page “Patients Choice Act of 2009.”

In June, Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) introduced the “Health Care Freedom Plan,” a 41-page proposal.

And in July, the Republican Study Committee, under the leadership of Rep. Tom Price (R-Ga.), unveiled the “Empowering Patients First Act,” a 130-page plan.

Newt has laid out his ideas here : Center for Health Transformation

And then there's all those amendments that were rejected as well.
