Ok, so the WSJ write up this artilce:

And as I said in the comment section:

How does the WSJ post this article without at least giving us the context of what 400,000 really means? 400,000 out of a total of what? Was it 5% of the home purchases since the tax break or was it 90%? Disappointed that WSJ didn’t that the forethought to think of this…and frustrated I can’t find it myself yet.

Why do reports even bother to go into work -- they should just subcontract to bloggers to ghost-write for them. That would be capitalism in action!  :)
